5/13/2010 8:55:34 PM - Quarterback Vince Young made a move off the field that could potentially strengthen him come contract time.
Young severed ties with longtime family friend Major Adams, who negotiated his six-year, $58 million rookie contract in 2006, and signed on with CAA Football, headed up by long-time agents Tom Condon and Ben Dogra.
CAA's overall stable of clients has some of the biggest names in sports, including Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning as well as giants from Major League Baseball such as Derek Jeter and the NBA (LeBron James).
"I did my research and talked to a lot of guys around—Matt Leinart and a lot of guys that I'm close with. They love his representation and what he does for them," Young said of Condon and CAA. (more...)
